Bumblebee Breath
Breath • 2m 16s
This is Bumblebee Breath. It is used to soothe anxiety and a spinning mind. It is one breath in through your nose and a long hum out of your mouth to exhale. A longer exhale activates the parasympathetic nervous system. With your mouth closed, take a deep breath in through your nose. Breathe out making a humming sound while keeping your mouth closed. Try this with your eyes closed, your ears covered, or both. Try this 3-5 times.
