Fire Breath
Breath • 2m 2s
This is Fire Breath. It is used to warm up the body and move to & from the midline. Start by rubbing your hands together really fast like you’re building a fire. Notice if you can feel some heat in between your hands. Think about when it is really cold outside and you’re trying to stay warm. Rub, rub, rub as fast as you can! Then take a big breath in, open up your hands, and blow out the fire as you move your hands away from the midline. Try this 3-5 times.
