Start to rub your hands together, moving around your energy and building some heat. Think about when it is really cold outside and you’re trying to stay warm. Rub, rub, rub as fast as you can! Then take a big breath in, open up your hands, and blow out the fire as you move your hands away from the midline. Try this 3-5 times.
