In this flow we will explore our balance while working to get our wiggles out. Balancing postures can take the extra energy we might have and focus it on the present moment (maintaining our balance). Losing our balance and maybe even falling out of the pose is totally okay. This helps our bodies gather information and tells us how we can adjust for the next time we try the pose. A great way to round out this flow is to play the Breath video right after so we can get a little silly and then bring our focus back to the calmness of our breath.
