This exercise practices active listening and connecting our senses to our feelings. Think about how the music makes you feel. Does it make you want to draw slowly or quickly? Does it make you want to use specific colors? Bright ones, Dark ones? What kind of shapes are you thinking of? Does it make you want to use round edges like circles or sharp ones like a square?
