Many of the fundamental things we know like walking, talking, interacting with each other we learn through a call and response atmosphere. Meaning, we hear our families talk to us and that is how we learn to speak. We watch how people walk around us and one day we try it ourselves. What happens when we talk time to think about HOW we do things? In this flow we move mindfully, thinking about how the joints in our body create our movement.
